Isn't lutii-giira (or luthii-giira) a patch of land used as grazing ground for mithuns ?

pb you are right, 'lutii-giira' stands for grazing ground of mithun, cow etc.

ahi nyatu - aari aapii - neighbourhood. ali paho - aali aaho - seedling. Leyu siigang-irrigation canal near village. Dibii rungo - barricade or boundary made be digging soil. This are as per my knowledge or as being taught by elder.
